Questions
Yes. The Basic plan is free for good: unlimited artworks, 50 views (lifetime, not monthly) and 1 MB per artwork. WebAR works on Basic too, with a watermark over the artwork. When you need more views, move to Pro or Pro Plus. More on accounts
One view is counted each time someone experiences one of your artworks in augmented reality, in the Artivive app or through WebAR in a browser. The limit applies to your whole account, not to each artwork: on Pro, all your artworks together can be viewed 1,000 times a month. Views explained
You keep all your artworks. We email you at 50%, 80% and 100% of your monthly limit. Once it is reached, people who scan your artworks see a "Views limit reached" message until you add views: upgrade your plan, or on a paid plan buy a one-time view add-on for the current month. How the limit works
No. They can use the free Artivive app, or scan a QR code and see the artwork in their phone's browser with WebAR, with nothing to install. No account is needed to view. On Basic and Pro the browser view carries a watermark over the artwork; Pro Plus and Business show it without. How to view AR
Pro Plus and Business publish WebAR without the watermark; the viewer still carries Artivive branding. Enterprise removes the Artivive branding altogether and shows your logo, colours and domain instead (white label, one-time setup 1,999 USD). Branded AR experiences
Yes. In Bridge, open your profile, choose Manage subscription and then Unsubscribe. The change takes effect at the end of the current billing period, so you keep full access until then. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and a forgotten renewal is not refunded. You can also pause a subscription for up to three months instead. Manage or cancel
Only the price and how often you pay. Pro costs 214.80 USD over twelve monthly payments, or 139.90 USD paid once a year; Pro Plus 598.80 USD or 399.90 USD. That is about a third less. Plans can be changed or cancelled at any time.
There is no one-off plan today. Plans are monthly or yearly; a monthly plan can be cancelled whenever the project is done. View add-ons are one-time payments, for paid plans only, and top up the current month.
